New poem: "An Ode to a Martian Medusa," by poet Terrie Leigh Relf
"An Ode to a Martian Medusa," a new poem written by poet Terrie Leigh Relf, appears in the Fall 2009 issue of Space and Time: The Magazine of Fantasy, Horror, and Science Fiction. Comprised of five stanzas, here is the poem's first line: “Not with hair of writhing snakes.” Also, I’m embarrassed to admit that I had to look up two words from the poem in the dictionary: “undulate” and “anemones.”

Thank you for liking my poem! Here's to being sent to the dictionary! I love when it happens to me, too!
