Caitlín R. Kiernan working on YA Mars story

In a recent entry in her LiveJournal, author Caitlín R. Kiernan announced that she is working on a Young Adult science fiction story set on the same Mars as her novella “Bradbury Weather” (2005). It will "deal with the trails of being a teen heterosexual in a society that has become, of necessity, one composed entirely of lesbians."

Yow. That's a hell of a lot more 'adult' than the 'young adult' novels of my youth. Not complaining mind you, just had to read your blurb three times to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding something.
